测量设备抽样检定方案研究

A Research on the Sampling Inspection Scheme for Measuring Equipment

探讨了我国现行抽样检定理论存在的缺陷，指出对于相同质量水平的测量设备，随着批量的不断增大，按现行抽检方案得到的抽检合格率将逐渐下降，它不能正确反映企业测量设备的实际质量状况。提出一个较为合理的抽样检定方案，并对该方案进行了论证。

The defects of the Chinese current sampling inspection theory is discussed in this pa-per. It is pointed out that the qualification rate decreases for measuring equipment of the samequality as the quantity of equipment increases, and that the current sampling inspection theorycannot correctly reflect the real quality condition of measuring equipment in our enterprises. Amore reasonable sampling inspection scheme is suggested and proved in this paper.
