摘要 加速器质谱数据获取与测量控制系统是能否实现高灵敏度10Be测量的关键因素之一。为开展高灵敏度10Be测量,对北京大学加速器质谱数据获取和测量控制系统进行了升级改造。在描述重要硬件和软件功能的基础上,重点阐述系统结构、主控软件流程和数据获取与测量控制系统在高灵敏度10Be测量中的作用。 In order to measure ^10Be with better sensitivity and higher count rate, dataacquisition and measurement control system of PKUAMS, which was based on an EN tandem, was upgraded. The hardware structure, software design and the performance of the new data-acquisition system were described in the paper.
