摘要
提出一种基于概率统计原理的测量仪器细分方法,并分析了其基本规律和精度。该方法适用于可将被测物理量转换为电量的多种量仪;能取代许多复杂的细分方法,或进一步提高原钢分数。实验结果表明该方法的细分误差优于±0.015μm。
This paper presents a special fine-dividing method for measuring instruments, basedon probability-statistic theory. The basic rule and precision of the method are analysed. Themethod is suited for various measuring instruments that can convert tested physical parameter toelectrical parameter, and can replace many other complicated fine-dividing methods or increasethe original fine-dividing number. Experiment shows that the fine-dividing error of the method isless than ± 0. 015μm.
