摘要
使用中间充装SF6气体作为绝缘气体的陶瓷管外管、不锈钢内管,设计了适用于高辐射环境下使用的紧凑型高压穿墙套管,使用环氧树脂管模型代替陶瓷管进行了电压实验。实验结果表明,这种设计结构在耐压性能上能够满足使用要求,但要消除电晕还需进行细化改进设计。
A compact type wall pipe working in the environment of high radiation was designed. It consists of stainless steal inner pipe and ceramic bushing, and fills with SF6 as insulating gas in cavity. A model with epoxy pipe as an alternative of ceramic bushing was manufactured and the test of withstand-voltage performance was carried out. The experiment shows that the wall pipe is qualified in withstand-voltage but improvement is needed to decrease the surface corona.
