摘要 为了解决电厂球磨机制粉系统在安全稳定运行、自动调节与文明生产等方面存在的问题,提高该系统的经济效益,通过对影响制粉系统经济效益因素及主要提高途径的分析讨论,对球磨机料位监控与制粉系统进行了设备改造和性能优化,在华能榆社发电有限责任公司2#炉2#制粉系统的运行效果表明,技术改造较为理想,可为同类型设备改造提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problems existing in the stable operation, self-adjusting and civilized production of fossil-fuel power plant ball mill pulverizing system, and improve the economic efficiency of the system, the factors affecting economic efficiency of the pulverizing system and ways of improving efficiency are analyzed and discussed ,and the methods of rebuilding equipments and optimizing performance of Fossil-fuel power plant ball mill pulverizing system are explored. The operation effects of No. 2 furnace pulverizing system in Huaneng Yushe Power Generation Corp. Ltd shows that technical innovation obtains good results, which provides reference for the same type of equipment innovation.
