摘要
火电厂热力系统中凝结水泵的控制和稳定运行是保证机组安全性以及经济生产的重要环节。为解决原有凝结水泵运行中存在的问题,针对大同发电公司600MW机组的2台凝结水泵的现场工艺要求,提出了将水泵控制方式由原来的电力调节门改造成为变频器控制的改造方案,并针对生产的实际工况,对设备选型和改造方案进行了具体设计。对改造后较为长期的运行数据反馈的分析表明,该方案达到了设计要求,且控制方式具有范围宽、精度高、经济效益的耗电率低的特点。对同类电厂节能改造提供了参考。
The control and stable operation of Condensate Pump in the thermodynamic system of fossil-fired power plant is a key link in safety and economy of the entire process. In order to solve the problem existing in the operation of last Condensate Pump ,according to the technology requirement of two Condensate Pumps of 600 MW generating unit in Datong Power Generating Company,a plan for damper controlling way of Pump to be restructured by using a converter is proposed, and equipment type and transforming plan are designed in terms of the practical production conditions. The analysis of comparatively long-lasting operating data shows that the plan measures up to the design requirements, and the controlling way is characterized by wide range,high precision and low power consumption. This paper is a reference for the same type of power plants saving energy.
