The Process Control Training System Based on Profibus

现场总线技术是新一代分布式控制系统的核心技术,在火电厂自动控制领域中具有广阔的前景。为了提高自动化专业人才的实践能力,在介绍Profibus现场总线技术的基础上,重点设计了对象装置、过程仪表、驱动控制系统、PCS7分散控制系统等系统配置,设立了仪表参数设置及系统配置组态、现场总线仪表的过程控制系统控制策略组态、监控画面组态等实训项目,建了一套基于Profibus现场总线的过程控制实训系统,并对系统的实际效果进行了评价。

As a new generation of distributed control, Fieldbus is a key technology. To improve the automation professional skill of students in heat-engine plant automation ,the process control training system was designed based on Profibus. Fannilly the effects in its practical applications has been discussed.
