摘要
由于开井初期井底脏物大量排出以及天然气中元素硫的沉积,使得峰15井井口节流阀、一级节流至二级节流之间的管线、场站分离器以及峰15井至高峰站的集气管线多次发生堵塞,并诱发水合物生成。通过对峰15井地面系统内堵塞物的分析,确定了堵塞物以井下油污和元素硫为主的组成特点。通过室内研究和评价,选择有机化学清洗液对峰15井地面集输系统进行了化学清洗,取得显著应用效果。
It makes pipeline plugging happened frequently in Feng-15 gas well that the result of variety plugging material and elemental sulfur deposit in the surface gathering system.Through the component analysis of the plugging material in the pipeline,plugging material's component is confirmed.After the research of the detergent to this plugging material,organic chemical detergent was selected to clean it.The result of cleaning is efficient.
