硫磺回收及尾气处理催化剂活性评价方法

Catalyst Activity Evaluation Methods on Sulfur Recovery and Tail Gas Treatment

对比分析了对国际知名机构加拿大硫磺回收研究所、法国罗纳-普朗克公司,以及国内中石油天然气研究院和齐鲁石化研究院所采用的硫磺回收及尾气处理催化剂评价方法,对我国的硫磺回收及尾气处理催化剂评价方法提出了8项建议:规范评价方法;建立微型反应装置;增加工业操作条件下的原颗粒评价功能;增加惰性材料稀释催化剂装填;简化惰性气体;工业装置挂侧线包;积累工业样品数据;建立权威的评价实验室。

The various catalyst evaluation methods on sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment which were possessed in some well-known company,such as Alberta Sulfur Terminals Ltd.,Rhone-Planck Corporation,as well as domestic Research Institute of Natural Gas Technology and Qilu Petrochemical Research Institute were discussed in detail.It was proposed eight advices for domestic catalyst evaluation methods on sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment: establishing standard evaluation method,establishing miniature reaction plant,increasing initial particle evaluation function on industrial operation conditions,increasing loading by inert material dilution catalyst,predigesting inert gas,setting up sideline package on industrial plant,piling up industrial sample data,establishing authoritative evaluation laboratory.
