摘要
胺法脱硫是成熟且具有较好发展前景的工艺,其中对脱硫塔各项参数的控制可获得良好的脱硫效率。本文通过开展条件模拟实验,找出了影响醇胺法脱硫填料塔吸收的主要因素,如:气速、持液量、压降等,对填料塔的操作和实际运行具有一定的指导意义。
Alkanolamine desulfurization process is one kind of mature and prospected technology,in which the important problems are how to acquire high desulphurization efficiency through controlling all kinds of parameters.It is directive to the operation of desulphurization tower and actual operation through simulating tests to find out the major factors of the absorption effect of alkanolamine desulfurization packed tower,such as gas flow rate,liquid holdup,pressure drop.
