南京地区引种刺五加抗大鼠疲劳实验研究

摘要 目的观察南京地区引种刺五加与东北地产刺五加对大鼠疲劳模型血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、血清乳酸(LD)含量及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力改变的影响。方法大鼠采用力竭性游泳运动方式,观察力竭运动后大鼠的体重以及MDA含量、SOD活力、LD含量及LDH活力的变化。结果南京地区引种及东北地产刺五加(中剂量组、大剂量组)与模型组相比血清MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05),SOD活力明显升高(P<0.05)。南京地区引种及东北地产刺五加(小、中、大剂量组)与模型组相比MDA/SOD比值及LD含量明显降低(P<0.05),LDH活力明显升高(P<0.05)。结论刺五加可能是通过减少MDA及LD含量、提高SOD及LDH活性以减少机体自由基的产生,增强机体清除自由基的能力,减少代谢产物堆积,提高机体运动能力,发挥其抗疲劳作用的。南京地区引种刺五加与东北地产刺五加具有相似的抗疲劳作用。 Objective To compare the anti-fatigue effects on rats between introduced Ciwujia in Nanjing and the Northeast local produced Ciwujia by observation of the dynamic changes in serum MDA, SOD, LD and LDH in rate fatigue model. Methods Method The rat exhaustive swimming movement was used to observe the weight and content change of MDA, SOD, LD, LDH in rats after exhaustive exercise. Results The serum levels of MDA were reduced significantly (P〈0.05) and SOD activity increased significantly (P〈0. 05) in Ciwujia products from Nanjing and Northeast local (middle-dose group, high-dose group) compared with the model group. The levels of MDA/SOD and LD was significantly reduced (P〈0.05) and LDH increased significantly (P〈0.05) in Ciwujia of Nanjing and the Northeast local produced (small-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group) compared with the model group. Conclusion Ciwujia may play a role in anti-fatigue by reducing the MDA and LD content, enhancing SOD,LDH activity to reduce the free radicals produced in body and enhance the body's ability to eliminate free radicals, reducing the accumulation of rnetabolites products and improving the ability of body movement. Ciwujias introduced in Nanjing area and produced in the Northeast local area have similar anti-fatigue effect.
