摘要
耳蜗中的三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)是对调节声转导、听敏度、外毛细胞主动的机械放大、耳蜗内电位、耳蜗内环境稳定、控制血管张力等具有关键作用的信号分子。作为耳蜗中一种候选的传入性神经递质,ATP在耳蜗功能中的作用正受到越来越多的重视。本文重点对耳蜗中ATP来源研究的进展做一综述。
