摘要
随着侧颅底肿瘤手术的广泛开展,如何最大程度的保留面神经结构及功能的完整性逐渐成为该外科领域研究的焦点,本文就听神经瘤和前庭神经鞘膜瘤等手术中面神经电生理监测技术及其主要影响因素做一综述,旨在更好的了解该技术的临床应用现状。
