普伐他汀对糖尿病伴高脂血症患者血脂、血小板活化功能及血液流变学的影响

The effects of Pravastatin on blood lipids,platelet activity and hemorheology in diabetic patients with hyperlipidaemia

目的探讨普伐他汀对2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者血脂、血小板膜糖蛋白和血液流变学的影响。方法选择80例2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者,予以普伐他汀片10mgqd口服,12周为1个疗程。测定治疗前和治疗4、12周后患者血脂、血小板活化指标CD62p和CD63及血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗4、12周后患者血脂TC、TG、LDL-C和血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、CD63水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善。结论普伐他汀对2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者具有降脂和抑制血小板活化作用,能明显改善血液流变学指标,临床应用疗效确切,不良反应少。

Objective To study the effects of pravastatin on blood lipids,platelet activity and hemorhcology in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidaemia.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabete complicated hyperlipidaemia had been treated with lOmg pravastatin per day for 12 weeks.The levels of blood lipids, platelet activity and bemorheology were measured before and after 4 and 12 weeks treatment.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,CD62p and CD63 significantly decreased and hemorheology were improved obviously when treated with pravastatin for 4 and 12 weeks.Conclusion Pravastatin can not only significantly reduce blood lipids and platelet activity but also obviously improve hemorheology in diabetic patients with hyperlipidaemia.
