基于Boost电路的新型矩阵变换器研究

摘要 在AC/DC/AC矩阵变换器(Matrix Converter,简称MC)的中间直流环节上串联一个工作在高频脉冲状态下的Boost升压电路,形成基于Boost电路的AC/DC/AC矩阵变换器,即BoostMC。利用其在高频脉冲状态的升压能力,达到提高MC的电压传输比的目的。同时,引入参考输入电压的概念以对无功功率进行调节,起到对电网的无功补偿作用。推导了相关的数学模型,讨论了Boost电路的不连续导通工作模式,分析了电路拓扑结构,研究了中间升压电路的控制策略。仿真和样机实验结果验证了该方案的有效性和正确性。 A novel Boost matrix converter (BoostMC) based on Boost circuit and AC-DC-AC MC is presented,by eonneeting a Boost circuit worked at high frequency on middle direct current link of AC-DC-AC MC.Through utilizing boosted function of Boost circuit at the high frequency pulse condition, the voltage transfer ratio of MC ean be inereased remarkably.Meanwhile,tile conception of reference input voltage is shown to adjust reactive power of BoostMC and Boost-MC could be reactive-load compensation equipment in electric network.The discontinuous conduction mnde of Boost circuit is discussed and the mathematic model,circuit topology and middle boosted circuit of BoostMC are analyzed.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the validities of theoretical analysis and modulation strategy are presented.
