摘要
研究了一款用于对各类小件进行高质量镀膜的小型数字化电镀电源,该电源采用了双闭环控制系统和DSP控制。建立了其半桥主电路的小信号电路模型,设计了双闭环控制系统,利用Matlab绘制了其电压控制环和电流控制环开环传递函数的波特图,并对所取主电路参数及控制回路参数进行了仿真,以验证该控制系统的稳定性。最后通过实验,验证了设计的合理性。
A digital small electroplating power supply which is used for high-quality coating on all kinds of small materials is researched. Double-loop control system and DSP (TMS320LF2407) control are adopted.The small-signal model of the half-bridge circuit is established.The bode plots of the open-loop transfer function about voltage and current are drawn in Matlab, the parameters of the double-loop control system and the main circuit are verified by simulation,and the stability of control system is verified.The voltage waveform obtained by experiments is corresponded with the simu-lation result, thus the correctness and feasibility of the design is verified.
