摘要 本文提出了一种测定U_3O_8中痕量硼的激光-时间分辨荧光法。在适当介质中,用小型氮分子激光器激发硼与二苯甲酰基甲烷配合物的荧光,发现此配合物的荧光寿命为2ms,它比铀的荧光寿命长得多,从而可将荧光的时间分辨技术应用于铀中硼的测定。不经分离基体铀即可进行测定,方法简单而快速。检测下限达到O.02ng·mL^-1(硼)。当取样10mg铀时,能测定O.01ppm的硼。用本法分析了含量在O.04—O.5ppm几个U_3O_8样品,结果与其他方法相符。 A laser-time resolved fluorimetic determination of traces of boron in U_3O_8 has been developed. The boron complex with dibenzoyl methane (DBM) in a suitable medium is excited by a small nitrogen laser and emits the delay fluorescence with lifetime of 2ms which is much longer than that of fluorescence of uranium. So that the time resolved fluorimetric method can be applied for the determination of boron in uranium. Since the fluoreseence of uranium doesn't interfere with determination of boron, boron need not to be seperated from uranium in advance. Thus the method is very simple and rapid. The limit of determination is 0.02ng/mL. In a sample of 10mg U 0.01ppm of boron can be determined. Several samples of U_3O_8 with boron content from 0.04 to 0.5ppm have been determined by using this method. The results of determination were in agreement with those of obtained from other methods.
