摘要
目的:考察β-环糊精包合对小儿腹泻外敷凝胶中挥发油透皮吸收的影响。方法:以丁香酚单位面积累积渗透量为指标,采用Franz扩散池分别对挥发油直接入药和β-环糊精包合后入药的两种小儿腹泻外敷凝胶进行小鼠离体皮肤体外渗透实验。结果:丁香酚在两种凝胶中均以零级释放过程透过皮肤,其透皮吸收速率分别为(16.212±4.128)、(11.344±1.929)μg/(cm2.h),二者具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:挥发油经β-环糊精包合后入药的凝胶具有缓释效应。
AIM : To investigate the effect of β-cyclodextrin inclusion on transdermal absorption of volatile oil in lilac-cassiabark Gel. METHODS : The release test of two kinds of lilac-cassiabark Gel ( gel A without β-cyclodextrin inclusion and gel B with β-cyclodextrin inclusion) was assayed with Franz diffusion cell with the help of the cumulative amount of eugenol in unit area in vitro. RESULTS: The percutaneous absorption process of eugenol in two kinds of gels were conformed to zero-order releasing model, and the transdermal rates were 16. 212 ± 4. 128 and 11. 344 ± 1. 929 ug/( cm^2 · h) respectively. Compared with gel A, the transdermal rate of eugenol was slower in gel B(P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: The volatile oil included by β-cyclodextrin in lilac-cassiabark gel is released with a sustained manner.
