Studies on the Alkaloids of Cephalotaxus——Ⅴ.Circular Dichroism Studies on Cephalotaxine Alkaloids

本文报道10个三尖杉碱类生物碱的圆二色谱(CD)。我们将Kuriyama等提出的用于石蒜碱类生物碱的苯环~1L_b带的八区规则推广应用于测得的cotton效应(CE)符号确定该化合物的立体结构,并用该类化合物结构中的“双键”生色团的“八区规则”作了验证。

The circular dichroism spectra of 10 cephalotaxine alkaloids have been measured, and octant rule of the aromatic chromophore in these compounds was observed: an aromatic ~1L_b band relates the sign and magnitude of the Cotton effect to the spatial orientation of atoms about the benzene chromophore. It is shown that the Cotton effect of cephalotaxine alkaloids support the general rule.
