摘要
应用中药治疗惊恐障碍，评估其临床疗效。
对象为2006年6月至2007年12月本院门诊及住院首发患者，均符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版（DSM-1V）惊恐障碍的诊断标准，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分〉14分。排除孕妇或哺乳妇女、有严重躯体疾病、药物过敏及有严重自杀倾向者。24例中，男3例，女21例；年龄（52±22）岁；病程中位数12个月；4例停服帕罗西汀半年，余未服用西药。均签署知情同意书。
