奎硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

Control studies on quetiapine and risperidone in treating schizophrenics

目的评价奎硫平与利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂的临床疗效及安全性。方法将66例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别口服奎硫平或利培酮治疗,观察8w。于治疗前及治疗2w、4w、6w、8w末采用阳性与阴性症状量表及药物副反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗8w末,奎硫平组有效率为69.7%,利培酮组为72.7%,两组疗效相当(P>0.05);阳性与阴性症状量表评分,两组各因子分及总分治疗2w末起均较治疗前有显著性下降(P<0.05或0.01),并随着治疗时间的延续均呈持续性下降;同期两组间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组不良反应多发生在用药初期,且发生率低,程度较轻微。结论奎硫平与利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症疗效显著,安全性高,依从性好,能显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safe of quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of chronic schizophrenics. Methods 66 chronic schizophrenics were treated by quetiapine and risperidone randomly and observed for 8 weeks. Scale for the Assessment of Positive and Negative Symptoms（SAPS and SANS） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scales （TESS） were used to evaluate the psychiatric symptoms and side effects respectively before and at the end of week 2, 4, 6 and 8 during treatment. Results The effective rate of quetiapine and risperidone was 69.7% and 72.2% respectively at 8 weeks after treatment, there was no difference between them（P〉0.05）. The scores of factor＇s and total of SAPS and SANS decreased continually with the treatment lasting after 2 weeks of treatment in both the two groups, and there was no differences between them at the same time（P〉0.05）. The side effects of the two drugs were little and mild, and emerged at early stage. Conclusion Quetiapine and risperidone have good curative effect, safe and compliance in treatment of chronic schizophrenics. They can improve the patients＇ life quality.
