领导干部应对方式和社会支持相关研究

Correlation between coping styles and social supports of leading cadres

目的考察领导干部的应对方式与社会支持之间的关系。方法运用社会支持评定量表和应对方式问卷对甘肃省的865名领导干部的客观支持、支持利用度维度以及总分支持进行测评,并比较不同级别领导干部之间应对方式的差别。结果不同级别领导干部的应对方式在解决问题维度存在显著差异(P<0.01);不同级别领导干部的社会支持水平在客观支持、支持利用度及总分支持存在显著性差异(P<0.05～0.01);领导干部的客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、总分支持与解决问题的应对方式均呈显著正相关,与自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈显著负相关。结论领导干部的应付方式与社会支持呈正相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between coping styles and social supports of leading ca dres. Methods Objective support, support availability and total support of 865 leading cadres were investigated and compared with the Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） and Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）. Results There were significant differences in problem-solving of the CSQ and in objective support, support availability and total support of the SSRS among different ranks of leading cadres; objective support, subjective support, support availability and total support were significantly positively correlated with problem-solving and negatively with self-blame, illusion, avoidance and rationalization. Conclusion The coping styles of leading cadres are positively related to social support.
