摘要
重点介绍了阴极电泳涂料,水性涂料,粉末涂料和高固体分涂料的发展历程、特点和应用,指出向绿色环保方向发展是现代汽车涂料发展的主流。而继续降低VOC的排放,开发无铅无锡的新一代阴极电泳涂料,无溶剂型、涂装性能优异的水性涂料,耐候型、抗紫外型的粉末涂料和低VOC、环保型的高固体分涂料是当前汽车涂料产业发展的最终目标。
The development, properties and applications of cathodic electrophoretic coatings, waterborne coatings, powder coatings and high solid coatings were discussed in detail. It was reported that green environmental protective coatings will become the mainstream of automotive coatings. The final aims of the automotive coatings are decreasing the discharge of VOC and developing new generation cathodic electrophoretic coatings without lead and tin, waterbone coatings without solvent and high painting performances, powder coatings with climate resistance and ultraviolet protection, high solid weight coatings with low VOC and environmantal protection.
