摘要
用正交实验法研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)和丙烯酸(AA)酯化合成聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯的酯化工艺,以该酯化物合成聚羧酸减水剂,并分析酯化率对水泥净浆流动度的影响。得到最佳酯化工艺条件:原料最佳摩尔比为:n(AA)︰n(PEG)=3︰1,反应的最佳温度为100℃,反应的最佳催化剂加入量为总质量10%,最佳反应时间为5 h。酯化率为50%时,水泥的净浆流动度最大。
The paper adopted the method of orthogonal design using Polyethylene Glycol(PEG) and Acrylic Acid to etherify Polyethylene-glycol- acryl ate(PA), then using PA to synthesize Polyearboxylic type water-reducer, moreover to analyze the effect of etherification to the size of the cement net fluidity. The results showed that the best etherifying conditions were the molar ratio of raw material AA : PEG was 3 : 1, the reaction temperature was 100 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 10 %, the reaction time was 5 h. When the etherifying ratio was 50 %, the cement net fluidity was largest.
