摘要
酸性氧化电位水是近年来应运而生的一种新型消毒剂。由于酸性氧化电位水具有高效、无毒、无污染、广谱等优点,现已应用于医疗、食品、农牧业等领域。文章总结了电解生成酸性氧化电位水的原理,制备条件对其各项指标的影响以及酸性氧化电位水的稳定性、对不同金属的腐蚀性作用。最后,对酸化水制备及理化性质的研究方向进行了展望。
Electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) has been regarded as a new sanitizer in recent years. It has been tested and used as a disinfectant in the food industry, the domain of agriculture and medicine and so on, as it has the following advantages: effective disinfection, environmentally friendly, harmlessness to human. The principle of preparation EOW, the effects of producing conditions on its properties, as well as stability of EOW and corrosion action on metal were discussed in the paper. The developments of investigation of producing conditions and performance of EOW were reviewed at last.
