摘要
环氧树脂产品包括基础环氧树脂与固态环氧树脂,产品类别或生产工艺不同,单位产品废水产生量与水污染物浓度也有差异。文章介绍了几种主要的环氧树脂生产工艺,总结了不同生产工艺中废水产生情况。环氧树脂生产废水的主要特点是含高浓度无机盐与有机污染物。对环氧树脂通常采用多效蒸发析盐工艺作预处理,采用生物处理作为后处理工艺。
The products of epoxy resin include liquid and solid product. For different production process, the wastewater and the concentration of pollutants are varies. Several main production processes of epoxy resin were introduced, as well as its＇ wastewater features. Epoxy Resin wastewater contains high concentration of inorganic salts and organics. Multi-effect evaporation method and the biological treatment are wide used in the pro-treatment and the latter treatment.
