Approach to Lowering Ammonia Consumption in Soda Ash Manufacturing Technique

氨耗是衡量纯碱生产水平的一项综合性技术指标,采取有效措施降低氨耗,对降低生产成本,减少环境污染,强化工艺操作,提高经济效益具有重要的意义。文章分析了氨碱法制碱生产工艺中氨耗产生的原因,提出了降低氨耗的具体方法。通过一系列技术改造,纯碱氨耗从2002年的9.87 kg/t降低至2007年的3.34 kg/t,取得显著的经济效益。

Ammonia consumption are all-around technical targets of the soda ash production, it is significant to adopting a virtual measure of lowering ammonia consumption, which has reduced of prime cost, decreased environment pollution, strengthened technical skill and increased economic benefit. The reasons of ammonia consumption insolvay soda ash production were analyzed and the methods of lowering ammonia consumption were introduced. Through a series of technical improvement, the average ammonia consumption was reduced from 9.87 kg/t in 2002 to 3.34 kg/t in 2007, making the economic benefit evidently.
