加氢裂化装置高压空冷腐蚀及阻垢缓蚀剂的试用 被引量:4

摘要 文章通过对加氢裂化装置高压空冷器腐蚀机理进行剖析,分析了管束失效的原因,并提出了在加氢裂化装置高压空冷器注水前加入YS-SR1275高压空冷阻垢缓蚀剂,通过对加氢裂化装置高压分离器污水在填加缓蚀剂前后数据比较,注入高压空冷缓蚀剂后,高压分离器的含硫污水铁离子含量较明显的下降,这表明高压空冷缓蚀剂降低了高硫原油对管线的腐蚀。通过数据比较,使用缓蚀剂前后产品质量均没出现异常状况,说明该缓蚀剂对产品质量不存在不利的影响。 The paper analyzed the reason for invalidation of tubes with analysis of erode mechanism of high pressure air cooler in hydrogenation cracking equipment, and brought forward a method of put arresing rust medicament(YS-SR1275) into high pressure air cooler of hydrogenation cracking equipment before water, it found that the content of ion of sullage with sulfide in high pressure separator drops obviously after put in high pressure air cooler, comparing the dates of hydrogenation cracking equipment high pressure separator sullage before and after put in arresting rust medicament, it indicated that the arresting rust medicament reduced erode of tubes because of oil with sulfide. Product quality keep tranquilization, it indicated that the arresting rust medicament have no harm for product quality.
