摘要
文章分析了液化石油气储罐根部阀门或法兰损坏产生泄漏的危险性,提出了使用"水气联动罐"作为液化石油气贮罐内注水装置处理储罐底部的泄漏事故,并详细探讨了注水的工艺流程及原理、注水量及注水时间、压力罐设计及结构。该注水装置具备高效性、低成本性等优势,已越来越引起国内液化石油气充装站的重视。
The paper analyzed the leak danger induced by root damage of liquefied petroleum gas jar or flange. Then brought forward using hydrosphere linkage jar for liquefied petroleum gas to deal with the accident, and studied detailly the process and principle of pouring water, the quantity and time of pouring water, the design and structure of pressure jar. The instrument had much advantage such as high-efficiency, low-cost has been recognized by more and more liquefied petroleum gas station.
