摘要
建设一支高水平的师资队伍是高等学校提高竞争力、实现发展目标的核心,而拔尖创新人才队伍的建设是师资水平提高的关键。目前,高校拔尖创新人才队伍建设中存在着人才断层和利用率不高、引进和培养制度不健全等问题。应实施人才兴校、人才强校战略,有针对性的引进高层次人才,加强中青年骨干教师的培养,以更好发挥他们的作用,提升学科水平,促进学校的发展。
Constructing a faculty with high level is the core for colleges and universities to increase competitiveness and realize development goal, while the team construction with outstanding talents is the key to increasing teaching standard. Now there are many problems in construction of outstanding innovative talents in colleges and universities, such as gap of talents, low utilization ratio, and imperfect introducing and cultivating system. Thus we need take the strategy of "Flourishing and Strengthening Colleges and Universities by Talents", introduce high-level talents purposefully, strengthen the development to key teachers of middle age and youth to play their role, and improve the academic level and development of colleges and universities.
