本文主要通过分析九五以来河北省高技术产业的现状,针对其规模小、产量化程度低、技术开发投入强度低、知识产权意识差等问题,提出今后的发展方向及对策。

This article mainly analyzes the high-tech industry present situation of Hebei Province since 1995 and in view of the problems with small scale, low output-rization degree,low technological development, weak awareness of intellectual property rights, the paper, brings forward the develop direction and countermeasure.
