摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定密蒙花中蒙花苷、木犀草素、芹菜素含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(57∶43);流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:350 nm;柱温:30℃。结果蒙花苷、木犀草素、芹菜素分别在0.098~1.23μg(r=0.999 8),0.014 8~0.185μg(r=0.999 7)和0.012 6~0.158μg(r=0.999 8)范围内呈良好的线性关系。所测8个不同产地密蒙花药材中,蒙花苷、木犀草素和芹菜素的含量范围分别为0.68%~1.41%,0.018%~0.078%和0.049%~0.107%。结论本法简便可行,可用于密蒙花中3种黄酮的含量测定。结果表明8个产地中密蒙花以四川简阳的药材总黄酮含量最高。 Objective To study HPLC methods for the determination of linarin,luteolin and apigenin in Buddleja officinalis simultaneously.Methods The HPLC method was that the Phenomenex Gemini C18 analytical column was 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm,mobile phase was the methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(57∶43) as the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1,the absorbance was monitored at 350 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Linarin,luteolin and apigenin were expressed the good linear relation when they were separately at the ranges of 0.098-1.23 μg(r=0.999 8),0.014 8~0.185 μg(r=0.999 7) and 0.012 6~0.158 μg(r= 0.999 8).The contents of linarin,luteolin and apigenin were respectively 0.68%~1.41%,0.018% ~0.078% and 0.049%~0.107% in 8 samples of Buddleja officinalis from different places.Conclusion The method is simple,effective and feasible to determinate 3 flavonoids in Buddleja officinalis,and the highest quantity of the total flavonoids is from Jianyang.
