补阳还五汤加减对激光损伤兔视网膜后视网膜缝隙连接蛋白Cx43表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨补阳还五汤加减对激光致视网膜损伤修复中缝隙连接蛋白Cx43的影响。方法将32只家兔随机分为4组,每组8只兔16只眼。采用532 nm YAG激光建立模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、补阳还五汤加减组、黄芪组。连续灌胃,分别于7 d、14 d取眼球作视网膜组织免疫组化检测。结果补阳还五汤加减组兔视网膜Cx43表达明显高于黄芪组及模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤加减能有效增强兔视网膜缝隙连接蛋白Cx43的表达,从而保持视网膜的正常生理功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on expression of Cx43 in laser.-induced retinal injury.Methods 32 rabbits,induced the model by 532 nm YAG laser,were randomly divided into 4 groups,8 rabbits with 16 eyes per group,which were blank group,model group,Buyang Huanwu decoction group and astragli group,fed with normal saline,Yiqi Huoxue decoction and Radix astragali respectively.Then the animals were killed at the 7th and 14th day respectively and the samples of retina were taken at the same time.The distribution of Cx43 in retina was detected by immunohistochemical detection.Results The expression of Cx43 was significantly higher in the retina of group C than that in group B and D(P 〈0.01).Conclusions Buyang Huanwu decoction can enhance significantly the expression of Cx43 to remain the normal function of retina.
