摘要
目的从细胞水平探讨川芎嗪联合葛根素对促进内皮细胞的增殖和修复功能的影响。方法采用体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)进行干预,检测HUVECs中MDA含量和SOD、t-PA、PAI-1活性,各组细胞上清液中漂浮细胞变化。结果与模型组比较,川芎嗪联合葛根素用药能够显著降低HUVECs中MDA含量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提高内皮细胞SOD,t-PA活性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)和降低PAI活性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),减少缺氧后内皮细胞漂浮,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪联合葛根素,改善细胞缺血缺氧显著优于川芎嗪及葛根素的单用,为临床用药提供科学的理论及实验依据。
Objective To illustrate Ligustrazin with Puerarin to promote the proliferation and repair of endothelial cells,and improve the damage process of cerebral hypoxia-ischemia compared with their independent action from the cell level.Methods The human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)were cultivated in vitro to detected the activity of MDA,SOD,t-PA,PAI-1,and the changes of floating cells in all groups.Results Ligustrazin with Puerarin could decreased remarkably the contents of MDA(P〈0.05),increased the activity of SOD and t-PA(P〈0.05),reduced the activity of PAI-1(P〈0.05),and lowered floating of the cells(P〈0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazin with Puerarin are more effective than Ligustrazin or Puerarin using only to improve the cells hypoxia-ischemia,which can provide the support for clinic.
