摘要
现今中国社会的突出矛盾仍然是就业和再就业问题,如何通过经济发展带动就业和通过积极的政策促进就业一直是人们研究的重点。劳动力优化配置就是一种积极的就业政策,因为劳动力优化配置将有利于经济发展,反过来经济发展又有利于扩大就业。从辽宁省的情况看,劳动力并没有完全实现优化配置而且对公平就业还产生了一定的消极影响。因此,应该采取有效措施实现劳动力优化配置并有效地促进公平就业。
Chinese society still has outstanding contradictions in employment and re-employment at present. How to promote employment with economic development and active policies has been focus of study. Optimized allocation of labor force is a proactive employment policy because it will be conducive to economic development, in turn, economic development will help create jobs. In the case of Liaoning Province, the labor force did not fully achieve the optimized allocation, but rather a certain negative impact. As a result, we should take effective measures to achieve optimized allocation of labor and effectively promote equal employment.
