Resources Equality and Two Principles of Ethic Individualism——The analysis of Dworkin's theory on protecting the weak community in society

The resources equality and two principles of the ethic individualism are important constituents of Dworkin＇s liberal equal theory. Dworkin has designed an ideal assignment plan according to the desert island＇s auction and the hypothesized insurance. He divides the boundary between government responsibility and the personal liability reasonably by discriminating conditions and the choice factors. A person takes the primary responsibility to his own life, so individual choice should earn due respect. At the same time, to the unequalness caused by non-choice factors, the government has the duty to give the correction and compensation to the weak community that the market is unable to give.
