合作创新中媒介丰度对知识模糊性和知识转移绩效关系的调节作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于媒介丰度理论和知识基础理论,提出媒介丰度在知识内隐性、专属性和复杂性对知识转移的影响中起调节作用,根据反馈能力、多重暗示性、语言多变性和个体关注性等媒介丰度判断标准分析了媒介丰度的调节机理,提出概念模型和假设,并用案例对本文的理论进行初步支持.企业可以依据知识模糊性和媒介丰度属性合理选择知识转移媒介,提高知识转移绩效. Based on media richness theory and knowledge-based view,it proposes that media richness plays a moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge tacitness,complexity,specialty and knowledge transfer performance,and analyzes media richness' moderating mechanism based on its criteria of feedback,multiple cues,language variety and personal focus in detail.Consequently,a conceptual model and the hypotheses are proposed.Finally,a case is given to support the framework.According to the study,companies can select transfer media correctly according to knowledge ambiguity and media richness,and improve knowledge transfer performance.
