The Kinetics and Thermodynamics Studies of Disperse Dye Dyeing on PLA Fibers

摘要 用分散蓝RSE研究了PLA纤维的染色动力学和热力学,绘制了上染速率曲线和吸附等温线。结果表明:95℃时分散蓝RSE对PLA纤维的平衡吸附量、染色速率常数和扩散系数均大于85℃时;85℃时,染料上染PLA纤维的半染时间比染涤纶要长,即达到吸附平衡需要更长的时间;分散蓝RSE上染PLA纤维的吸附等温线不完全服从Nernst分配型,而是Langmuir与Nernst的复合型;随着温度升高,Nernst型分配系数KN增大,Langmuir定位吸附饱和值[S]降低。 Purified Disperse Blue RSE is applied to investigate the dyeing kinetics and thermodynamics for PLA fiber. The results show that the equilibrium adsorption capacity, dyeing rate constant and diffusion coefficients of Disperse Blue RSE to PLA fiber at 95℃ are higher than at 85℃ ; The half-dyeing time of Disperse Blue RSE to PLA fiber at 95℃ is longer than PET fibres, namely its equilibrium adsorption needs a longer time ; The adsorption isotherm of Disperse Blue RSE to PLA fiber does not entirely accord with Nernst distribution mechanism, it accords with the combination of Nernst distribution and Langmuir adsorption; The partition coefficient KN of Nernst is increased as the temperature rises, but the Langmuir adsorption saturation value[S] reduced as the temperature rises.
