摘要
随着机器人应用的增加,自动上胶技术已经成为制鞋工业中关键的问题之一,有必要对喷枪的喷胶性能进行研究。以黏胶剂为工作介质,对旋芯喷嘴的雾化特性进行了研究。利用马尔文Spraytec激光粒度测试仪获取不同工作情况下的雾化粒子直径分布,利用高速摄像和图像处理技术得到雾化角,从而获得喷枪在喷胶时的最佳雾化状态,以便有效地应用于鞋子自动喷胶技术中。
With the increasing application of the robot and automatic technology, the glue spraying automatically is one of the key problems in shoe manufacturing. And it is necessary to study the characteristic of the spray gun. The experimental study on atomization characteristics of nozzle is carried out with the glue as the working substance. The distribution of droplet diameter is measured in different working conditions by Malvern Spraytec instrument. Using the technologies of high--speed photograph, the spray cone angle is obtained. Thus, the best atomizing status, which is used in the process of spraying system in shoe manufacturing effectively, can be found.
