摘要 采用液相化学共沉淀法和喷雾干燥技术制备了均匀的复合粉末,结合热分解和热压烧结技术新工艺制备了两种不同钴含量的硬质合金轧辊材料。利用销-盘式MMW-1型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机,对所制的两种合金样品进行了摩擦磨损研究,发现两种样品的磨损率随着磨损时间的变化呈现很大的差异。同时两种合金的磨损机理也出现了变化,含有15%粘结剂的合金的磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损和脆性微切削,而且此种样品耐磨性相对低;而含有22%粘结剂的合金的磨损机理是典型的粘着磨损,其耐磨性较高是前者的10倍。 Two roll hardmetals of different cobalt content are prepared through using liquid chemical precipitation and spray drying technology to make uniform composite powder, with two new technologies of thermal decomposition and hot pressing. Through researching on abrasion of samples which are prepared, it find that the wear rate of two samples show great differences along with the change of wear time, using of MMW-1 pin-disc upright omnipotence friction and wear testing machine. At the same time, wear mechanism also has changed: the wear mechanism of alloy that contains 15 percent gooey is mostly abrasive wear and brittle micro-cutting, and the wear-resistance of such sample is relatively low. Compare with it, the wear mechanism of alloy that contains 22 percent gooey is the adhesive wear, and it has high wear-resistance, the wear-resistance of the latter is ten times to the former.
