我国典型公共场所突发事件应急基本模式探析

提出了我国典型公共场所突发事件应急基本模式,即"政府领导,公安平台,消防主体,统一联动,快速反应,联合救援",给出了我国典型公共场所突发事件应急基本模式的理论依据,充分论证了该模式的合理性,以期为我国典型公共场所突发事件的成功处置提供参考。

The basic emergency model in typical public places in our country was brought forward in this papers. The model is ＂to the government for leadership, to the public security as a platform, to the fire as the main, unified interaction, rapid response, joint rescue＂. The model was brought forward according the actual mechanism of the public emergency, and at the basis of using the advanced experiences of the foreign country for reference and combining the fact of our country. The theoretical basis was given which fully confirmed the rationality of the model. It was anticipated that the model could give some advices to the successful disposal of the emergencies in typical public places.
