摘要
从重大危险源的辨识与风险评估的一般方法出发,对重大危险源风险评估问题以及流程步骤进行分析探讨。基于国内重大危险源火灾的统计数据,将其变为修正系数对其风险评价体系中的指标进行量化处理,并进一步在模糊层次分析法的基础上,建立了重大危险源风险评估量化分析方法。
The evaluation of momentous dangerous source and the process of the evaluation were analyzed by common method of differentiating the momentous dangerous source and risk evaluation. Correct coefficient was made to quantify the index of evaluation system based on the statistic data of momentous dangerous source fire. The quantification analysis method was made according to fuzzy analytical hierarchy process.
