摘要
综述了我国城市水资源存在的问题以及国内的节水技术与管理措施,提出了实现污水零排放的节水型工业和节水型城市,从而加强对各种非常规水资源的利用率,最终建设成节水型社会。
The author summarizes the existing problems in the urban water resources, the water saving technology and the management measures in China, puts forward the water-saving industry and the water-saving city to realize the zero discharge of the waste water, and to strengthen the utilization ratio of the unconventional water resources, finally builds the water-saving society.
