摘要
论述了土地出让过程中常出现的问题及其危害,运用博弈理论,对土地市场的各参与方进行了系统的分析,提出了相应的风险防范措施,并指出土地作为房地产商品的重要载体和构成要素,其出让方式对房地产商品的价格影响很大。
The common problems and hazard during soil transferring were discussed, every soil market participant was systematically analyzed with gaming theory and counter risk prevention measures were proposed. It also pointed that soil was the important carrier and component element of domain product, its transferor influencing on domain product price was large.
