摘要
针对建设项目管理的造价控制这一核心内容,从项目的决策、设计、施工和审计阶段分析了建筑工程项目造价控制存在的问题,并提出了造价控制的措施,从而保证投资目标的实现,确保人力、物力、财力取得较好的投资效益。
According to the core content of cost control in construction project management, from project decision, design, construction and auditing stages questions existed in cost control are analyzed, at the same time corresponding cost control measures are proposed in order to ensure the realization of investment objectives as well as the returns of man power, materials and money to receive satisfied benefits.
