The flourishing development of our ship-repair enterprises makes great promoting of our producting abitity. A new managing model is needed, which can change productive potentiality into producting profit and a set of effective conformity for productive resources is wanted. Such relevant managing model is also required from the ship owners, by which the best result in ship-build and ship-repair may be achieved.
