某型导弹带微处理器型分机测试技术研究

Study on test-technique for a kind of guided missile with micro-processing extension

文章从结构和功能出发,详细分析了某型导弹带微处理器分机的测试需求和输入输出信号特征,并据此提出了设计其测试硬件和软件的方法,最终设计完成了该型分机的测试。

Starting with the structure and function, this paper analyzes in detail the test-requirement and characteristics of inlet-output signals of a kind of guided missile with micro-processing extension. Based on this way, design of its hardware and software for the test has been finished.
