文章对大坞电动绞车卷筒轴承进行了受力分析,确定钢丝绳卷筒两侧的卷筒轴承受力不均匀是造成卷筒轴承易损坏的原因,提出了解决方案。并对电动绞车的使用、维修提出了建议,供同行借鉴。

This paper gives analysis to the force on reel bearing of electric winch, confirming the uneven force on both ends of reel bearing fixed on steel cable, which leads to an easy damage of the bearing. This proper use and maintenance of electric winch are put forward and solution is given as well.
