YFJ(巴柯)型离心式粉尘分级仪与标准筛的联合使用

摘要 在研究YFJ(巴柯)型离心式粉尘分级仪离心分离原理的基础上,得到了筛分直径和沉降直径的换算关系,并将两种常用的粉尘粒径分布测量方法--沉降法和筛分法进行了联合运用,弥补了运用单一方法测定时受粒径测量范围限制的不足,平滑地连接了两条粒径分布曲线,精确了中位径(d50)值. Based on a study of the princ, of the centrifugal dust dassifier (YFJ TYPE), the conversion between sieving diametor and settling diamete was obtained, and a method of the unital application of sieving and sething for measuring particle diameter was devised, Thus the limitation on the range of particle diameters by using either method alone could be solved, the two particle size distribution curves could be more smoothly linked together and the vafue of median paticle diameter could be more accurately determined.
