摘要
现有的模糊-PI控制研究大都停留在理论分析和系统仿真阶段,缺乏试验验证和工程实际应用。为此,采用模糊-PI方法对换热器温度进行串级控制,并用试验加以验证。同时,以C++和Matlab软件为工具,开发出检测精度高、温控效果好、功能强大的螺旋扁管换热器测控系统。测控系统由温度、压力、流量传感器、TDS—303自动数据采集仪、PI控制器、电压/电流转换器、D/A板卡、电动调节阀及计算机等组成。试验结果表明,试验台不仅能方便快捷地测试换热器的性能参数,进行数据的自动采集、存储、显示及性能评价,而且还能验证模糊-PI控制方法的优越性,即良好的动态控制性能,较高的控制精度和温度调节能力。
The existing fuzzy-PI control study mostly focuses on the theoretical analysis and system simulation, but lacks test verification and actual application. Therefore, the fuzzy-PI method is used to carry out the cascade control of heat exchanger temperature, which is verified with test. Additionally, the helical flat tube heat exchanger measurement and control system with high detection accuracy, good temperature control effect and powerful function is developed by means of C++ and Matlab softwares. The system is composed of temperature, pressure, flowrate sensor, TDS-303 automatic data acquisition instrument, PI control device, voltage/current converter, D/A plate card, electric adjustment valve and computer. The result shows that the test table can not only test the performance parameters of the heat exchanger conveniently and rapidly and perform the automatic data acquisition, storage, display and performance evaluation, but also verifies the superiority of fuzzy-PI control method through test including good dynamic control performance, high control accuracy and temperature adjustment ability.
